SLFCFD stands for San Le's Free Computational Fluid Dynamics. It is a package of scientific software and graphical user interfaces for use in computational fluid dynamics. It is written in ANSI C by San Le and distributed under the terms of the GNU license.
square streaklines Streaklines showing vortices for incompressible flow at 192 seconds 4800 steps. Go here to see video.
jet mesh Temperature for compressible flow at 20.69562 seconds 2200 steps. Rendering turned on.
What SLFCFD includes

GUI and scientific code for 2-D and 3-D compressible flow and for 2-D incompressible flow.
  1. 2-D and 3-D compressible finite difference elements
  2. 2-D incompressible finite difference elements
A Graphical User Interface:
  1. GUI for both types of flows
